  • What is the size of the badge?

    76mm x 25mm. It's the most popular size in the market today and can be suitable for most individuals and businesses. It is also ergonomically curved to fit close to the garment it is attached to.

  • What is the maximum and minimum quantity of badges?

    The minimum is One (1) and the maximum is Twenty (20).

  • Can I see a proof of every name?
    +

    Yes. You are prompted to enter the quantity of badges required at the first stage. A name cell will be produced for every badge. Enter the name and you will see it on the badge in the position you choose from the first badge.

  • I need more than 1 badge, do I have to design it more than once?

    No. If all your badges will have the same layout and the only differences are the names, you only need to design your badge once, using the first name.

  • What if some of the names in my list are very long, will they get cut off in production?

    No, it will not get cut off. If your name is too long for the design provided, we will scale it down to fit the allocated space. Please bear in mind that by doing so, the longer name may look smaller on the badge. You will have to create a design that fits the majority of names relatively well.

  • How does the magnet fastener work?

    There is a metal plate on the back of the badge. The magnet part of the badge goes on the inner side of the garment and "attracts" to the metal plate to hold it in place.

  • Do I need to pay first before the badges are dispatched?

    Yes, payment is required before any goods are produced and dispatched. Payment is by credit cards only. MasterCard, Visa and Amex are accepted.

  • I've just placed and paid my order and I made a mistake. What do I do?

  • Can you print in full colour and does that affect the pricing?

    Yes we print directly onto the badges in full digital colour high resolution. The number of colours or combination of colours is unlimited and does not affect the pricing.

  • What material are the badges made out of?

    The badges are made out of a special printable plastic. We print directly onto the badges in digital colour and high resolution (we do not print on stickers or apply material adhesive material to the badges).

  • How long is my order going to take to produce and dispatch?

    The default time from order date to date of dispatch is 4 business days not including the current day. You can choose shorter processing times at the checkout.

  • What is the normal delivery time once the order has been dispatched?

    We cannot guarantee any parcel delivery dates from our 3rd party contractors. The delivery method is an express service. It maybe as fast as the next business day.

  • What image/logo formats are accepted for the designer app?

    You can upload jpeg, gif or png images. Vector files like pdf, eps etc are not currently supported.
