Delivery Terms and Conditions
Your order is delivered by 3rd party contractors including Australia Post and others. We use eParcel express or normal ( based on your choice) with tracking.
Handling / delivery fees are determined by the weight and the postcode of the destination.
Consignment Number Notification
Once your goods has been dispatched you will be emailed a consignment number as confirmation of dispatch and for your tracking purposes.
Name Badges 2go uses Australia Post options for point of delivery. One of thee options is "Safe Drop". This means that if the parcel cannot be delivered to the recipient ( and signature obtained), the Australia Post representative is authorised to leave the parcel in an appropriate location. The parcel will be considered delivered ( a photo of the where the parcel was left will be uploaded to the consignment information). Otherwise the parcel will be returned to a local Post Office for collection. A card notification will be left at the recipient's address.
Whilst Name Badges 2go takes all care to dispatch your badges in a timely manner we are not able to make any guarantees about when you will receive your goods after being dispatched by us.
If you become concerned about the time taken for the delivery of your goods we suggest you firstly check the status of your parcel(s) using the consignment / tracking number provided to you at the time of dispatch. Please direct any initial concerns to the service provider eg Australia Post.
If you do not get a satisfactory outcome from the service provider, please contact us and we will make further investigations on your behalf.
Name Badges 2go does not accept any liability for delays in the delivery process. Under no circumstances is any financial or other compensation payable for delays caused by our 3rd party contractors.
When you contact us by email that your goods have not arrived in a timely manner Name Badges 2go will initiate an investigation with the service provider. This normally takes a minimum of 5 days. (See below for Insurance terms).
If your goods have been damaged in transit you may be entitled to replacement of those goods, within the limits of the insurance cover. See below the conditions for coverage. For consideration you must advise us with 72 hours of the delivery date and provide photographic evidence. We may request the product be returned to us for further investigation. The return of such product is at your cost.
If we conclude the damage is legitimate we will replace the affected goods. We will send the replacement goods free of charge and in a timely fashion.
Name Badges 2go provides an option to insure your goods against loss and damage in transit. Delivery costs and fast service costs options are not included in this transit insurance.
The transit insurance offered by Name Badges 2go is only for replacement of goods and is not a monetary compensation, refund or admission of liability. It does not cover any consequential damages. We highly recommend taking out Transit Insurance when the value of the goods exceeds $200. The cost is a small investment at $0.99/per $100 of goods value.
